Dempsey's is unique to the Sheffield gay scene in that we operate a membership scheme. This is so we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for every one of our customers. Entry to Dempsey's after 9pm is for members only. However, the main bar is open all day with unrestricted access. Membership is only £1 and you are able to join on the door (Sun-Thur only). Applicants will be asked to complete a simple membership form and have a photograph taken. Once approved you will be issued with a new membership card which will need to be presented whenever you visit the club. Note that members are not allowed to sign guests into the club. | Dempsey's Bar and Club operates a strict 'No Drugs' policy at all times. Any members who are found to be dealing, using or under the influence of drugs will be banned indefinitely. It is a policy we pride ourselves on and one that is endorsed entirely by our members. We aim to provide a safe environment for all customers both young and old and provide close supervision on our premises at all times. Dempsey's operates a CCTV system under licensing guidelines. |  |
